Monkey Wrench

Today began full of promise. No pressing email. The studio beacons, but I know this week is designated for other matters. I should know by now not to get to comfortable with the notion of having plenty of time.

I will be delivering a 2 hour keynote for the Ontario Weavers and Spinners at the Canadian Canoe Museum on Saturday. This day is also significant in that it is the International Day of Felt and the theme is, coincidentally, "Water". I had set aside today, at the very least to get it organized, review, tweak...so I can do the same tomorrow with fresh eyes....

Ring...Ring..."Hello?"...."Mummy?"  And plans changed in a flash.
