No, the details are added just after wet out. I have Not started felting yet. I get more precise placement and can do my wrap around design.I am then also not flipping dry fibre back and forth causing shifting of design.
Thank you so much Andrea. You work is so neat it looks like the bag has been felted in the pic. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I was putting it on the dry wool.
You can still put it on the dry wool, I just prefer to have it all wet out and then I know where the edges will fall and it is all neat and tidy.
